Of Senior School

Stage 4 - Years 7 and 8
Core subjects:

- Languages (Indonesian in Year 8)
- Music (Keyboard in Year 7, Guitar in Year 8)

Biblical Studies is taught as a separate program one period a week and is designed to complement the learning in mainstream classrooms. All students are expected to participate in Biblical Studies.
In Year 8, students choose two "elective" studies for Stage 5.
Stage 5 - Years 9 and 10
As well as the core subjects noted above, students can choose two elective subjects to study in Years 9 & 10. Currently these choices include:
- Commerce
- Dance
- Design and Technology
- Drama
- Food Technology
- History Mysteries
- Industrial Technology (Timber)
- STEM
- Music
- PASS (Physical Activity and Sports Studies)
- Textiles Technology
- Visual Arts

Stage 6 - Years 11 and 12
Our College provides an excellent opportunity for HSC students to succeed academically. ATARs of 99.95 and 98.45 have been and can be achieved. Indeed our students regularly feature on the All Rounders List and the Distinguished Achievers List.

Year 12 students are assigned a teacher as a mentor for their final year. Our Year 11 & 12 classes are led by well qualified teachers, many of whom are highly experienced HSC markers.
Study@TheHub
To assist students in their academic endeavours, every afternoon after school, students can study in The Hub under the supervision of a Learning Support Teacher until 4:00pm. Students can also be involved in a Study Club at lunchtime on Monday, Thursday and Friday.
VET Opportunities
RJ has a fully equipped commercial kitchen and offers VET Hospitality. We also teach Business Services. Other Vocational, Education and Training (VET) courses can be undertaken through TAFE Colleges (e.g. Construction, Plumbing, Information Technology, Fashion Design) but additional costs are involved.
Languages
Languages (such as Indonesian, Spanish, French and Italian) are usually studied through tutors from the NSW School of Languages.
