We're ensuring

ACCESSIBLE EDUCATION
FOR MANY LOCAL FAMILIES

Our College has deliberately chosen to keep its fee structure as low as possible to ensure an Anglican education is accessible for as many of our local families as possible.

RJ is one of eighteen schools owned by the Anglican Schools Corporation and is the most affordable in the group. We endeavour to keep our fee structure low to ensure an Anglican education is accessible for as many of our local families as possible. This includes a generous framework of sibling concessions. Nevertheless, to better align with the Anglican Schools Corporation's policy, improve equity and to address increasing costs, the sibling concession framework will be adjusted in the years ahead as outlined below.

Term invoices are emailed and are usually due in the first week of the relevant Term. Families may elect to pay in instalments through a formal direct debit arrangement. Late fees up to $100 apply. Further delays may result in a student's suspension or termination of enrolment due to the breach in the Conditions of Enrolment. This Schedule is updated annually.

Service Charges (per student)

The Service Charge covers incidental costs incurred during the year e.g. textbooks, excursions and camps. The Service Charge does not cover special or optional programs such as band membership, instrument hire, representative sporting or cultural events, non-standard materials required for Years 9-12 practical courses and the private costs of Peripatetic Tutors for individual music lessons.

Application Fee - $50 (per student)

A non-refundable $50 Application Fee is payable when submitting your child's Application for Enrolment.

Enrolment Acceptance Fee - $500 (per family)

A non-refundable $500 Acceptance Fee is payable when an Enrolment Offer is accepted and is a "per family" cost, not "per child".

Voluntary Tax Deductible Donations

Families are encouraged to contribute $50 per Term towards the tax deductible Richard Johnson Anglican School Building Fund to assist in acquiring, constructing and maintaining College buildings.

Families are also encouraged to contribute $20 per Term to the tax deductible Richard Johnson Anglican School Library Fund to assist in expanding and updating the Library's resources.

Payment of College Fees and Charges

Fees and charges are payable in advance, by the first Friday of each Term using BPay or through the Edumate Parent Portal. Alternatively, families can organise a formal Direct Debit Instalment Plan to avoid a late fee. This arrangement can be set up directly via the Edumate Parent Portal prior to the due date of the Term invoice and becomes a formal arrangement with the Anglican Schools Corporation. Fee payments are not accepted at College Reception.

Anglican Clergy Discounts

A 50% concession on tuition fees for students of eligible Anglican clergy is available. Conditions apply.

Other Clergy or Christian Ministry Concessions

A parent engaged in full-time pastoral Christian ministry and who is the primary income earner, may receive a 25% discount on their first child's tuition fees, and the second child a 50% discount (no sibling concession applicable). Conditions apply.

Notice of Withdrawal

As outlined in the Conditions of Enrolment, at least one full Term's notice in writing to the Principal is required when terminating a student's enrolment. Insufficient notice will result in a full Term's fee and service charge being incurred.

We absolutely love RJ and deeply appreciate the nurturing environment, excellent teaching, and vibrant community that you have provided to our son. He has thrived and we are truly grateful for the positive impact RJ has had on his growth and learning journey.
